Pawfect Adventures is a local, independent, owner-led pet care service based in North London, offering dog walking, pet sitting, and dog training with consistency, care, and accountability.

Pawfect Adventures FAQs – Services by Nikki

1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Services are BACS only (bank transfer). Payment must be received before any service is provided.


2. Can I change or cancel a booking?

  • Standard bookings require 72 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation for a full refund.

  • Short-notice cancellations (<24 hours) may incur full charges.

  • Cancellations between 24–72 hours: 50% refund for the first 7 cancelled days; 100% refund for additional days.


3. Do you travel outside the primary service area?

  • Yes, travel outside the primary area may incur a surcharge, agreed in advance.

  • Surcharges are based on travel time and logistics, not mileage.


4. Can I book for multiple pets?

  • Yes, you can book services for more than one pet. Travel surcharges or session adjustments may apply.


5. How do you ensure my pet’s safety?

  • All pets are handled with care and attention. We require accurate health and behavioural information and ensure all pets are up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.


6. What if my pet has special needs or behavioural issues?

  • Nikki will assess compatibility and ensure she can safely and effectively provide the service. Some pets may require additional precautions or refusal of service if safety is at risk.

Pawfect Adventures FAQs – Shop

1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via the shop.


2. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing an order. After this, requests cannot be processed.


3. When will my order be processed?

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday. Please allow extra time during holidays or sales.


4. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Delivery can take 3–7 days, depending on stock and demand.


5. What if I don’t receive my order?

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


6. What if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

  • Contact us with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will resolve the issue promptly.


7. How do I return an item?

  • Contact us to initiate a return.


8. When will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear.
